Agency Commission: 15% commission is allowed to recognized advertising agencies only on above rates, with the exception of any mechanical charges, provided the account is paid within 30 days of invoice date.     It is agreed that publisher has the right to seek payment from the advertiser, where payments are not made within 30 days by the advertiser's agency or their authorized representative. In such cases a 1.5% monthly service charge will apply.
